Why do you only offer store credit for returns?

Our inventory changes weekly so if we had a longer return policy, the item you return may not be in stock. We are so confident in our collection that we know you’ll find a piece you love as much (or even more!) than the one you originally started with.

Where do you get your clothes from?

All over the world! One thing we ALWAYS check is where our clothes are made to ensure ethical practices.

Do you have a storefront?

Nope! We sell online only to ensure we have time with our #1 priority, our family! Owning a store front seemed like too big of a time commitment. New to our store in 2016 is our Sip & Style shows where we bring our whole collection to your home for a casual and fun trunk style show! We travel all over the Midwest for these shows.

How does your sizing work?

Sizing for our products can vary slightly brand to brand but as a rule runs true to size. (Small=2/4 Medium = 6/8 Large 10/12). Some of our lines also come in XL and XXL! If you ever have a question on sizing for a particular product, feel free to chat live with us using the Facebook chat option in the bottom right corner of our website.

If I see a piece I want, but you don’t have my size.. What do I do?!

Order sooner! Check our site daily/weekly for pieces you want since our inventory turns over so quickly. If you absolutely cannot LIVE without the piece (we understand!) send us an email at persona.brands@gmail.com and we’ll see what we can do for you.
